How to Register
Athletic registration for the 2021-2022 school year is ongoing all school year! When you are ready, the student and parent/guardian should complete this registration together as there are sections that require signatures from both. Athletes and families will complete all paperwork, upload your physical, and pay ASB through this online FamilyID portal. All athletes need to complete the online registration and must be cleared prior to participation. Athletes completing late registration are not guaranteed a roster spot (due to equipment availability and for safety reasons in some sports the number of athletes may be limited).
As part of registration, please make sure you read and review the Student Athletic Handbook. All athletes and participating families are responsible for the guidelines outlined in the handbook.

Welcome to Lincoln High School athletic online registration. We encourage all students to explore and participate in our athletic program. Lincoln embraces a student-athlete model and we want all students interested in participating to have an opportunity to tryout for athletics. We work closely with our coaches and community to support students’ success and holistic development, both on and off the field.
Athletic registration for all sports seasons are open.
Students and parents/guardians should complete this registration together as there are sections that require signatures from both. Athletes and families will complete all paperwork, upload your current physical completed on a SPS form, and pay for an ASB card via SchoolPay. If you have not set up a SchoolPay account you will need to do so through The Source.
*Make sure you have an updated Preparticipation Physical Form physical (within the last two years) completed by a physician and uploaded to your FamilyID profile. Athletes and their families are the only ones allowed to upload physicals into FamilyID due to strict privacy laws. We do not accept or keep any athletic paperwork on file at the school. All registration is electronic.
Make sure to register again this year, even if you did last year. Registration information must be resubmitted each year in order to be seen by coaches and approved by the Athletic Director. Interested athletes are encouraged to register immediately! This will allow coaches to see contact information for athletes and start communicating.
All athletes must submit paperwork and be cleared by the Athletic Director prior to participation. Athletes registering after the season begins are not guaranteed an opportunity to tryout, since coaches will be determining rosters and levels of competition for each program during the first week of each season.
Lincoln High School is a member school of the WIAA and follows the eligibility requirements set forth through the organization. Students and families are responsible for knowing and abiding by all requirements set forth by the WIAA, Lincoln High School, and the Seattle School District (Superintendent Procedure 2151 – Interscholastic Activities).
As a student athlete, and representative of our school, student behavior on and off the field is of the utmost importance. Athlete’s involved in any behavioral infractions are subject to impact on eligibility or playing time at the discretion of the coach, athletic director, or building administration.

For assistance with uploading, you can bring a completed hard copy to the Athletic Director at school.
