2022-23 School Supply List

Following is the preliminary list of basic supplies for the start of school for all students:

• Notebook
• Paper
• Pens, in a variety of colors
• Pencils
• Highlighters
• TI84 calculator (or comparable)
• Planner/calendar of choice

Individual courses may require additional materials. Those materials are generally covered by the Universal Supply Fee. Our Universal Supply Fee helps to support all the learning activities that happen in our classroom that extend beyond base curriculum. As a project-based school, the universal supply fee provides the resources for the deeper learning that happens throughout the year and helps ensure students have access to the tools they need. The universal supply fee is optional but encouraged as part of our partnerships with our families and community. Families in need of financial support can opt to pay an amount that supports their individual budgets.

To help facilitate learning, all Lincoln students will be given the option to bring their own laptop to school or be issued an SPS laptop device. All students will be required to have their laptop with them each day. Technology and laptop expectations will be covered during the first two weeks of school. Those who are interested in providing their own device should meet the following specifications to ensure the ability to run the basic software most end users operate:

• Processor – dual core @ 2.4 GHz (i5 or i7 Intel processor or equivalent AMD)
• RAM – 8 GB
• Hard Drive – 320 GB 5400 RPM hard drive
• Wireless (for laptops) – Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 8265 (802.11ac) 2×2 + Bluetooth 4.2 (555-BDGD)

There are many PCs at retailers like Costco and Best Buy in the $500 range that will suffice. Personal devices can either be PCs or Macs as long as they fall within the range of the above specs. District devices will be PCs.
