Coach Ryan Kastl – rckastl@seattleschools.org
Coach Kastl is the head coach for the girls swim team at Lincoln High. He is coming to Lincoln with 10 years of swim coaching experience as well as coaching experience in golf and AFL. Ryan was a varsity swimmer at the University of Washington for 4 years and was the team captain his senior year. Ryan also was a member of the US National team for Australian Rules Football for 8 years and played in multiple US and International tournaments.
