Nick of Time Heart Screenings
Nick of Time Foundation will be performing free heart screenings at Lincoln on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026. Screenings are available for any and all individuals aged 12-24, as long as they are registered.
What happens during a heart screening appointment:
- Review of health history by medical professionals
- Simple EKG screening using small adhesive patches on the chest, arms, and legs.
- On-site review of results by experienced cardiac professionals.
- Some students may receive additional heart checks if needed.
- Hands-only CPR & AED instruction included
Privacy is respected through the entire process, with separate screening areas for boys, girls and gender inclusive. They have a private, gender-neutral tent and nurses available for students who need extra support to feel comfortable participating.
