Nick of Time Foundation will be performing free heart screenings at Lincoln on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026. Screenings are available for any and all individuals aged 12-24, as long as they are registered.

What happens during a heart screening appointment:

• Review of health history by medical professionals
• Simple EKG screening using small adhesive patches on the chest, arms, and legs.
• On-site review of results by experienced cardiac professionals.
• Some students may receive additional heart checks if needed.
• Hands-only CPR & AED instruction included

Privacy is respected through the entire process, with separate screening areas for boys, girls and gender inclusive. They have a private, gender-neutral tent and nurses available for students who need extra support to feel comfortable participating.

To register and make an appointment there are 3 simple steps:

3. Scan and email the completed history to lincolnhs.nickoftime@seattleschools.org or drop off in the box in the Lincoln main office
