SUMMARY:Heart Screenings
DESCRIPTION:Nick of Time Heart Screenings\n\nNick of Time Foundation will b
 e performing free heart screenings at Lincoln on Wednesday\, December 2nd\
 , 2026. Screenings are available for any and all individuals aged 12-24\, 
 as long as they are registered.\n\nWhat happens during a heart screening a
 ppointment:\n\n- Review of health history by medical professionals\n- Simp
 le EKG screening using small adhesive patches on the chest\, arms\, and le
 gs.\n- On-site review of results by experienced cardiac professionals.\n- 
 Some students may receive additional heart checks if needed.\n- Hands-only
  CPR & AED instruction included\n\nPrivacy is respected through the entire
  process\, with separate screening areas for boys\, girls and gender inclu
 sive. They have a private\, gender-neutral tent and nurses available for s
 tudents who need extra support to feel comfortable participating.\n\nTo re
