My name is Sarah Reynolds and I’m excited to share my passion for Cross Country and Track with Lincoln athletes. I, myself, competed in Cross Country and Track & Field from 7th grade all the way through college, and continue to run recreationally I’ve been working with Lincoln athletes since the spring of 2021. Prior to my time at Lincoln, I coached at a select enrollment school in Chicago. Outside of practice, I work in management consulting for a firm here in Seattle.

There are no cuts for this sport! All abilities and levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to try it out. Whether your goal is to earn a division one college scholarship, or just meet new like-minded people, your coaches will work with you to develop your individual reasons for coming out for the team.
First Day of 2023 Cross Country Season: August 21st
We practice M-F right after school during the season, and compete most Saturdays
Optional Summer Workouts (once school ends): 8:30am at the Lower Woodland Track on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
