    Athletics Registration

For the upcoming school year (2019-2020), interested athletes for any season are encouraged to register this spring. This will allow our coaches a better idea of interested athletes and provide initial contact information for informational meetings prior to each season. Any student-athlete interested in participating in any of our summer training opportunities must complete and turn in registration information and paperwork by the initial paperwork deadline Friday, June 21, 2019.
All athletes need to turn in paperwork and must be cleared prior to participation. Athletes turning in late paperwork are not guaranteed a roster spot (due to equipment availability and for safety reasons in some sports the number of athletes may be limited).

    Registration Information

a button that reads 'Register Now' with a 'Powered by FamilyID' stamp on the bottom of it

Athletic registration for the 2019-2020 school year is now open! We are excited to be offering online athletic registration through our secure FamilyID portal. FamilyID will bring added convenience to our athletes and families by providing secure profiles that will save time and only need updating once each year; reminder alerts for important deadlines and upcoming physical expiration dates; and timely updates and information provided to our coaches about each of our athletes.
The information collected through the registration process is the same as our former paper registration. You can preview the information by logging into your FamilyID account (first time visitors will be prompted to create profile) or by visiting the SPS Athletics website.
Please make sure you have an updated Preparticipation Physical Form complete when you start the registration process. For current athletes you may need to ask your school for a copy of your most recent Preparticipation Physical Form.  Your completed physical can be uploaded in the FamilyID portal. For assistance with uploading, you can bring a completed hard copy to the Athletic Director at school.
When you are ready, the student and parent/guardian should complete this registration together as there are sections that require signatures from both.
Athletes and families will complete all paperwork, upload your physical, and pay for your ASB card (payment options coming soon) through our online FamilyID portal.  As part of registration, please make sure you read and review the Student Athletic Handbook. All athletes and participating families are responsible for the guidelines outlined in the handbook.
